Auto Glass Squad-Akron, Canton And Cleveland

My experience wasn’t as good as everybody else’s. I went there to have my back passenger sidewindow replaced. They charged me $100 and then told me my regulator was broke and that was $175 more I couldn’t afford to have it fixed at that time, but they did charge me $100 to put in my window. The window didn’t stay up. They taped it up with yellow tape. It kept falling down. I had to come home and duct tape my window up so I paid them $100 to do absolutely nothing. I’m very disappointed and will never come back there again.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! From the time I called for Estimate to the finish of Repair the service was above Excellent! They were the cheapest, Fastest, great customer service, great quality and they have a customer for life. I had a windshield replaced, Side window, rear heated back window in my SUV and I am 100% satisfied with my service overall. Thank you guys and I hope your company continues to grow in success, highly recommend!!

I needed the rear glass on my 2016 mazda 3 re-sealed due to leaking in the trunk. Matt told me everything he was going to do with the car and even showed me some rusting that was occurring on the frame beneath the rear glass. He explained to me what my options were and what he could do so that I wouldnt have to take it to a body shop. The install took maybe an hour and they charged way less compared to everywhere else I looked. Definitely will be recommending Auto glass to friends and family, these guys are great!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much to not only the employees but also the owner. He was incredibly kind and genuine and offered incredible customer service regarding getting my windshield changed for my 2013 Chevy Malibu. I've been needing to get it fixed since the day I bought it from a corrupt dealership in Florida who sold it to me like that. (where I got the car from) They offer mobile service for the same price! You can't beat that and their prices are incredibly lower than ANY OTHER places in Akron, seriously. I called over 5 places and they all quoted me well above $340 & & I almost choked 😂. Then Auto Glass Squad gave me a quote UNDER $250. I mean cmon, you can't beat that.. but this company knows how to not take advantage of their customers and gives them incredible business and service as well at prices that will not be beat. I promise you won't find a better price anywhere else. I will recommend Auto Glass Squad to anyone in or around the Akron area. 💯 💯

10/10 recommend. They came the same day I called, within just a few hours of me calling. Great pricing, great customer service, very professional and did a great job on the replacement. They cleaned all the broken glass out as well. All done within 30 minutes.
