Very disappointing experience with Strictly By Hand Auto Detailing. I prepaid for a detailing service through Groupon and dropped off my vehicle for the scheduled appointment, including arranging and paying for transportation afterward. Later, I was called and informed they were unable to complete the service due to staffing issues. When I tried to reschedule, I was told they were too busy and did not know when they would be able to accommodate me. Even though the service was never provided, the Groupon had already been redeemed. What made the experience worse was how difficult it became to get the refund approved. Strictly By Hand refused to refund the money through Groupon despite being unable to provide the service they had already redeemed payment for. If you you do not have the means to provide the service why would you denied a refund. I ultimately had to file a formal complaint with Groupon support to push the issue further. Very poor customer service overall. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away.

Have Used Strictly by Hand for my vehicles for several years know. Always a good experience, vehicles are very well cleaned and detailed. This time I tried a couple of new products they offer. The System X Ceramic Coating was applied to all the windows, and it came out fantastically - and the best thing is, in the week since I've had it done, there's been no ice or frost sticking to the windshield (I park outside). Wonderful. I also had the headlight restoration option, which also came out extremely well on my 13-year-old vehicle! I highly recommend these guys for their great work and great products.

It was my first detail ever and couldn't have been happier with the results. Worked with my schedule for leaving it overnight and pick-up and drop-off went very smooth. Their Groupon deal brought me to their door but the quality of their work is what will bring me back. My truck looked brand new.

I left my car all day for a full interior/exterior detailing and when I got there to pick it up it looked like they had vacuumed it (mostly) and washed the outside. When I pointed out the seats and doors inside were still dirty they told me "that costs extra". I said I had expected better and they got to it. It looked like they hadn't even tried before that and were willing to pass it off as done. Still isn't clean. The steering wheel, center console container, dashboard, door jams, inside windows, and front passenger seat were not cleaned. The seats that did get cleaned were wiped down but not shampooed. I was fed up and out of time so I just paid and left. This is frustratingly low quality for the price.

This is not a professional auto cleaning service. I’m honestly pretty surprised on how bad this company performed. $175 for an Interior & Exterior Detail that you can hire the neighbor kid for $40 to do. There’s literally still dust on the vents and on the buttons, hair on the seats, grime in the ash tray and cup holders. It’s sad.

This is probably the WORST experience I’ve had with a car detailing place so far. I definitely would NOT recommend and absolutely will not go back here again. They had my car for 2 full days since they were short 3 people on the day of my appointment so I brought it back for a re-do after expressing my dissatisfaction with the outcome. Even after the 2nd day my car was STILL not cleaned properly.

Got my car detailed there, left it there all day. Picked it up in the evening. Parked it in the garage and saved the experience of driving a newly cleaned car for Monday. Looking through my car I noticed dust in all my vents, in the door pickets dust and grime still present, my mirror still had gunk on it, there’s still dog hair on the ceiling and back side of the seat. The job they did was worth 30 bucks... maybe not even that I could pay a 9 year old 30 bucks and I’d have a better detail. What makes this worse is I had a bought a bogo special assuming it’d cover everything. I’d end up paying an additional 149 on top of the 90 dollar bogo cert. Icing on the cake my newly replaced driver side head light is out. This was a terrible experience. I will call to complain and would not recommend this business.
