I had an amazing experience at Atlanta Shine! They’re a family-owned business and you can truly feel the care and pride they put into their work. I came in needing water extracted from my carpet and they were quick, professional, and very fairly priced. The facility is beautiful and super clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. They got my carpet completely dry and looking great in no time. It’s so nice to find a place that’s honest, efficient, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Atlanta Shine to everyone I know!Comentario traducidoVer original

¡PATÉTICO!Curiously enough my first experience with this business, I was impressed. Which made me conclude that this is where my car would "always be" detailed. Yet, the low grade response and poor customer service I experienced today!! Makes me REJECT that thought. I asked them to straighten out the poor cleaning of my LEXUS windows the rags used to do them were dirty and left a film on the front & back & sunroof. I was told because it was some days later they couldn't determine that the jacked up film on my windows was a result of their nasty, unclean clothes used on them. I could!! I work at night and can hardly see through them and there ARE smudges like a 3year old washed my windows.... I CAN'T with our people...they make you walk away from doing business with them. WATCH these dudes when they do your car they'll short cut, but want the full $ from you. TRASHY!Comentario traducidoVer original
