Decided to give this company a try and was highly disappointed. I felt like I was robbed man. I paid A premium price for a premium service and to be honest, I received subpar and mediocre work. I even expressed my concerns with Tohmas sent him photos and he promised to come back out and give me a free clean. However, after sending him the photos, I just feel like more excuses were made and a free clean turned into a "spray off" lol. Anyways I did not get either. Anytime someone has detailed my vehicle. They walked around the vehicle with me and inspected it with me to make sure I was happy. When they were done They didn’t even bother to walk around the vehicle with me, but instead of rushed to get up out of there. But I’ll hold myself accountable on that one because I should’ve made them walk the vehicles with me and look at everything before I gave them a dollar. As a business owner myself I pride myself on customer service and satisfaction. I was hoping this would be a good review but I would never use their service ever again. Overall, I feel like there was a lack of integrity, honesty, and customer service. This really left a bitter taste in my mouth and all I could think about is how I got finessed😂. Btw I paid $200 for my truck to be clean and $80 for my wife’s car and still had to go behind them. The pictures are post "clean"

Thomas was amazing, he explained his services to me very well and did exactly what he said he would do!! He went above and beyond my expectations. My son was very happy with the job well done on his vehicle. Thomas was punctual and accommodating and I recommend him to everyone. Im from CT and my son resides in Atlanta and for me to locate a busniess like Thomas's and trust thst he does the work isnt easy but Thomas walked me and my son through and it was well worth it.
