Caleb, Blake and the guys at Go Detail did an amazing job in my 2027 Kia Telluride. We never had a ceramic coating done and we were hesitant at first considering the cost and all.We went for the 10yr warranty and ppf on the front bumper area, thus Kia being so new they had to custom cut the pieces and did not charge extra as a matter of fact they gave us a discount on the front end and ceramic coating on all the glass. Surprise Surprise we got our car back and we are so glad we did it our car looks amazing. Plus a 10yr warranty how can you loose.

We recently had our 2023 Honda Civic Hatch Sports detailed, which was covered in heavy sap deposits and water spots. Matthew did an outstanding job removing all of it and restoring the paint to look like new. The interior was also thoroughly cleaned and looks great. We’re extremely happy with how the car turned out!

Was on the fence about this for a while. Kept going back and forth on whether ceramic coating was actually worth it or just hype. Almost just kept doing the wash and wax thing every couple months. Finally said screw it and booked Go Detail for the 5 year ceramic coating with the interior and exterior detail. Honestly glad I stopped overthinking it. Car looks way better than I thought it would, paint has this depth to it that regular wax never gave me, and water just slides off now. Interior is spotless too. If you’re sitting there going back and forth like I was just book it. Not gonna waste another weekend waxing my car for the next 5 years lol.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My Technician Caleb did a great job on my car! He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He made my car look and feel brand new. 10/10 price was worth it for the package I picked which was the masterpiece.

We had this company wash our cars twice and set up reoccurring weekly services. Our first detail was great. We didn’t clean the front end of our BMW because of a PPF applied, but it still was a great job. Fast forward to our second detail, with a new tech I might add - we specially told the tech do not use a pressure washer on the front of the car but instead didn’t pressure wash the whole car instead. After him leaving we noticed many spots that were not clean. I reached out & was told because they weren’t allowed to use a pressure washer on the vehicle even though we specifically told him just the front/ customer service was terrible, decided to cancel any further details and taking our business elsewhere.

You'd think with a 4.8 star rating you'd get perfect quality but now I realize why they're 1.7 stars on Yelp. I called to reserve "paint correction and interior cleaning" which means polish, cutting, and waxing and was quoted a price. Dropped off the car at the shop and they told me I was paying for a wax and buff which doesn't include any cutting. I mentioned that that wasn't what I agreed to so he said he'll do what he can do. I get a call and a tech said the scratches were worse than he thought so I'd have to pay an additional $250 to correct them which I declined. I get the car back and the exterior looked good (so the Step 1 paint correction they tried to charge me wasn't necessary anyway) but while driving home I see excessive spray spatter on the gauges, missed crevices in the door, poorly cleaned rear seats and massive smears on a rear window. Then when I try to grab my personal interior cleaning spray from my car, it's missing! They took my personal cleaning spray that was sitting in my door. Avoid this place.
