Eco Car Cafe - Bellevue Place

Brought in my 2014 Lexus to have a detail and old PPF removed and replaced with new. It turned out so much better than I thought it could. This car is a recent purchase, it was sound mechanically, but well overdue for attention to the exterior as it has spent a few seasons outside. The original PPF was yellowing and showed a dirt line on all the edges, and made me wonder if after removal it would leave a ghost line of where it was. The paint color correction and new PPF has it looking like new. The original pearl paint looks good as new. Their interior detail has this looking like new inside and out. Amazing work! I booked the Interior Detail appointment last Friday . The good part is 1. They made the car interior very clean , like a new car 2 the carefully packed the stuff I left in the car into couple ziplock bags. Well organized 3 people are friendly The main reason I put two stars here is the smell and health concern related with it. The service was Friday , now it is Sunday afternoon, I kept the all doors and trunk door open whole night . And when I drive , I keep the window open and turn on fan even it was snowing on Friday . But I can still smell it now . I feel a bit nauseous , and I have to use this car to take my daughter everywhere, I am also worried about her. Don’t know when the smell will go away and also surprise no other review complain about it . Not sure whether it just happen to me

Fantastic and professional service. I am a busy mom with lots of small children are car was absolutely disgusting with old food crumbs, dog fur, and everything else you can think of when I got my car back. It looked like it was brand new. I told my husband, this is what I want for my birthday every year.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The work done was ok. They missed cleaning several places. No attention to the detail in detailing business. They corrected it after pointing out.
