Bethesda Auto Detailing at Montgomery Mall

WORST CARWASH EXPERIENCE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. 3.5 hours for a simple car wash. I dropped my car here on a Friday at 10 Am (their opening time). I bought a groupon for interior and exterior wash. They said it takes one hour. After 1.5 hour I came back because needed to pick up my kids, and only interior wash done and it wasn’t decent at all. She told me to bring it back for exterior and should take 30 min. I came back same afternoon, dropped the car and when I came back again after 1.5 hours, they were still washing the car!! I hade to wait another 30 min for the car to be ready. Overall my car physically in there for 3.5 hours for a simple wash. Unbelievable. Extremely short staffed. Only two young girls working there. I don’t how this place is still in business. Who operates a car wash with two worker!!

I took my car in for detailing, when I picked it up the job was less than satisfying. Insect spots where still there, the lower sides were stained with something sticky, rear view mirrors were full of water spots, and the interior driver door not fully cleaned. I sent a message to the manager who never responded.

I took my Mercedes convertible in and James (manager) made sure the car was shiny and clean. He really paid attention to detail and my car has never looked better! I've tried other car washes and detailers but no one got it as show room ready as Valet Spa. Be sure to ask for James.

Highly recommend. I’ve used this place 3 times now and had great experiences all 3 times. James the manager is an ethical and responsible guy, and his employees all are good natured and helpful. Today there was a miscommunication on my part about the price; James didn’t question me at all and just charged me the lower price despite accidentally getting a more expensive service. My car looks amazing and I was able to get my shopping done and eat lunch while the guys did all the hard work. I think the prices are reasonable for the amount of work they do, and the time they save me!

Such a great place - My wife used their services and got the wash that’s $150.00 while she went to the mall. She shared that it’s right next to Nordstrom’s and was a wonderful experience. They were very professional, respectful, friendly and make customers feel comfortable. Now she’s actually looking forward to up keeping her car without the whole dealership ordeal. You guys are really great next time she’ll include pictures.

I was parked on the side with my blue Aston, the manager came up and offered me a free wash!! James King was extremely professional and polite. Car was awesome. Will be bringing my Aston Martin here more now. Even used a brand new cloth out of the bag and made me inspect it just to show me. They really care about the paint and treat customers right. Try IT, you won’t be disappointed. Ask for James King ( site manager)
