I wanted to give Brittany a HUGE shout out for doing an exceptional job on my wife’s Toyota RAV4! She went out of her way to make sure I was pleased with the way it turned out, which of course I knew she could take care of it for us. The outside of the car looks 10x better than the shape it was in along with the interior looking much better. Thank you again to the staff of Big Dog Detail LLC! So dealing with big dog for the first time, Wayne was awesome. He walked me through the process on what was going to occur with my vehicle. Told me when I needed to be there told me when it was gonna be done his workmanship was excellent beyond excellent. His company provides a quality product and I cannot wait to show it off. Wayne at Big Dog Detail was knowledgeable, friendly, and super easy to work with. He answered all of my calls and emails, didn't try to up sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need, and the finished product made it obvious that he's been doing this professionally for a LONG time. I used Big Dog for detailing, window tint, paint correction, and ceramic coating. Wayne spent 30-45 mins of his time (before knowing if I was even going to give him my business) explaining his products and processes. That was not my experience with other detailers I contacted who would stop replying or answering as soon as I started asking any questions. Wayne was down to earth, had very competitive pricing, and genuinely seemed to love cars and his work. I couldn't be happier with the results.
