I recently brought my car in for a wash, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The team did an outstanding job—my car looks absolutely spotless, inside and out. The attention to detail really stood out, from the shine on the exterior to the cleanliness of the interior. It honestly looks better than it has in a long time. You can tell they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. The service was also quick and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for top-quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was hoping for much better based on reviews I’ve seen. There were spots on the car that looked like they weren’t cleaned and even a whole wheel looks like there wasn’t even any water sprayed on it. I chose the ultimate service and I’m not sure if the foam spray or wax were applied. There’s also streak marks from the wet towels used on my passenger window and windshield.

When I pulled up I was wondering why the car wash had no line and no wait on a Friday afternoon and when I got back in my car I realized why…. The exterior wash wasn’t bad at all but the interior doesn’t even look like it was cleaned! Keep in mind I opted for their top car wash option. You’re better off spending $30 at the other car wash down the block.

I have gone here a few times. My most recent visit ended up with significant scratches on every single body panel of my car with 4000 miles on it. Now I need to spend $400 or more to have the entire car cut and buffed, there is no way around this. I called Neon and they had me text them proof to which I sent these videos. I texted again two days later, no reply. I then emailed, no reply. Radio silence. I called this morning and spoke with someone for one minute. They had me text the same number. I left a voicemail on the number on the website which is different than the one on Google. This issue is yet to be resolved and does not seem to have any urgency.
