After drying, my fabric seats looked worse than before I took my car in. I called to have them fix it, and after another ~30min appointment, they are still significantly stained. Otherwise, the job showed little attention to detail, and I had to wipe my windows off after how greasy they ended up. You’d think they would do better for $175. Attached pictures are my seats after the detailing job AND follow-up.

Clintonville Auto Detailing is amazing!! They did such an incredible job on my car- it looks brand new! I felt like it wasn’t that dirty when I brought it in, but after picking it up I realized how bad it was before bringing it in! I’d highly recommend as they are easy to work with, kind, and incredible at what they do. Great value and great people!

I paid 300$ plus a 50$ tip for an interior detail due to my truck being so dirty from work. When I got it back everything looked good, I noticed a few minor spots that were missed but overall very good job or so I thought. A couple weeks pass by and then I go to use an air vent and a piece just falls off (Pics show the broken one and a good one for reference). I wish I had been informed that this damage to my truck had taken place so I wouldn’t have left a tip.

They were very nice men. But if I’m paying over $200 for an interior clean, I expect it to be cleaned and worth the money. There are other spots in my car but here are a few pics

Took our daughter’s car in for mini detailing, 12/26, at opening, 9AM. Was told it would take 2 to 3 hrs. Called to check on it at 11:30AM. Was told it would be another hour. We showed up at 12:30PM, because she needed to get back to NYC. The detailing had NOT begun. I CANCELLED. They could have given me a courtesy call, that they were running behind.

I've gone here several times over the years and they generally have done a great job. However, the last 3 times I went, they used something to try and clean the dashboard where the instrument read outs are and they left some kind of residue/film on it that made it extremely difficult to see the displays. I told them about it the last two times and explained I tried goof off and several other products to try and get rid of it but was unsuccessful. I asked if they would please clean it and get rid of it. Well the last two times I went, they made it significantly worse and as you can see from my pictures, they just scratched the heck out of the display. It is now permanently difficult to read and if I want to fix it, I'll have to replace it. They also use some kind of cleaning oil that leaves the entirety of the inside of my car EXTREMELY slick with an oily like substance that gets on everything it touches. I had asked them to use it lightly or not at all but I guess the message never got passed along to whoever they had cleaning. In general they do a pretty decent job but based on them completely scratching my display and leaving an oily residue every single time, I'm now going to have to look elsewhere. I also requested an estimate for a paint job and they said they'd give me one but never did. When I called a few times to inquire about it, they said they'd call me back but never did.
