Very professional. Victor gave a fair price and let me know when his guy was coming. Jayson did a great job getting all the pet hair. He spent several hours working in the heat to make my car look like new. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!

Needed my truck detailed following a trip to the mountains with 4 people and 2 dogs in the rain and mud. The owner, Victor, got me all set up and truly got my truck looking better than brand new. Customer service was bar none and Victor went the extra mile to ensure everything was right from start to finish. 10/10 recommend.

This would be higher than a 5 star if it were possible. I had major water spot damage on my truck due to having to park by the sprinklers. After multiple attempts on my own to remove them, I had to call a professional. Conveniently, I saw Victor’s ad on instagram around the time I tried cleaning it again. Victor was able to schedule me within a few days and he was very confident about being able to remove all of the water spots. Upon completion, my truck looked like it’s ready for the showroom floor! I’ll be referring Victor to everyone I know for auto detail from here on out. UPDATE- 4/22/26: Kevin just came out 2 days ago to clean my wife’s car to get it ready to sell. This was another great service provided by Ideal detail! My wife's car is show room Ready now. 5 stars!

Huge shoutout to my man Victor at Ideal Detail for hunting down the culprit that was causing a bad odor in my car from some spilled water! He took his time to find it and destroy it! He took the seat out, lifted up the carpet and the padding, and found a small patch of mold. He Scrubbed it out with some enzymes, steam cleaned it, shampooed, and threw a new cabin filter in. Now it smells fresh and clean, and I'm relieved that he got the job done! I don’t think there is a detailer out there that would have done what he did for me today; and give the amount of attention and time that he did on a very hot day! Thanks Victor, you rock bud!

I had an interior detail with vacuuming and wet vac seat cleaning. One of my passenger seats had a lingering cat pee smell from a stain I'd neutralized several months ago and it came right out with the seat cleaning! My car hasn't been this clean since I bought it. Thank you Victor!
