Solicité un servicio de detallado para un vehículo de trabajo de una empresa que gestiono. La cita original tuvo que ser reagendada porque el técnico llamó para decir que estaba enfermo. Bueno, no es gran cosa. Sin embargo, otro técnico me dijo que intentarían completar el trabajo el mismo día, pero nunca volví a saber nada de ellos. Tuve que llamar al día siguiente para reagendar. El reagendamiento fue sencillo, pero el técnico que vino llegó aproximadamente una hora tarde. Estuve fuera de la oficina unos días y, al regresar, descubrí que el vehículo definitivamente no había sido detallado. Había residuos pegajosos de soda antigua en el consola y mucho polvo y suciedad en la parte trasera del volante, en las puertas, etc. Parecía que alguien había pasado la aspiradora muy rápido y había limpiado un poco el tablero con Armor-All y lo había dejado así. Luego contacté a la empresa (después de probar varios números diferentes) y la persona que respondió dijo que lo revisaría y me daría una respuesta. Todavía no he recibido una llamada después de 5 días. Definitivamente no volveré a hacer negocios con ST6 Detailers. Estaría encantado de que me hicieran el trabajo por el que pagué $319, pero no quieren contactarme, así que espero que esto al menos sirva de advertencia a quienes estén pensando en usar esta empresa para detallar sus vehículos. The original appointment had to be rescheduled because the technician called in sick. Ok, no big deal. However, I was told by another tech that they'd try to get my job complete the same day, but then I never heard back from them. I had to call again the next day to reschedule. The rescheduling was easy enough, however the tech that came out was about an hour late to the job. I was out of the office for a few days, and when I returned I found that the vehicle had definitely not been detailed. There was old sticky soda residue on the console, and lots of dust and dirt along the back of the steering wheel, in the doors, etc. It looked like someone had done a very quick vacuum job and wiped the dashboard a little with some Armor-All and called it quits. I then contacted the business (after trying multiple different numbers) and the person that answered said they would look into it and get back to me. I still have not received a call back after 5 days. I will definitely not be doing business with ST6 Detailers again. I'd be happy to allow them to actually do the job they were paid $319 for, but they won't contact me so I'm hoping this will at least be a warning to anyone else that is thinking of using this company to detail your vehicles.
