Outstanding service and they really know what they're doing. John the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the services that they provide and even advised the best time off year to get certain services performed. I took my 2013 Lexus LS460L there for rust remediation. I took it to a body repair shop first and they recommended I find an exit strategy to get out of my vehicle because there was nothing they could do. John looked at it and assured me it is nowhere near as bad as they said it was. He cleaned it up and put a beautiful undercoat on it to protect it from any future rust. Because we live in the rust belt, it is important to take care of the under carriage of the vehicle. They also provide interior and exterior detailing and paint chip repair services. I will certainly be taking all of my vehicles there going forward.

Excellent service, it was John who helped me out. I was able to make an appointment quickly to de-rust and undercoat my 2011 Truck. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

They did an excellent job. I had bought a package through Toyota. They did the annual cleaning. My car looks like new and smells like new. Definitely will be coming back!

I pity-bought a Dodge Ram from my friend's dad back in 2019. The undercarriage had a boatload of rust underneath but the truck has a 5.7L V8 and I was tired of my 4.6L V6 so I bought it anyway. I had to bondo the rocker panels to get it to pass MD inspection and Ziebart gave me a price to scrape rust off, apply anti-rust agent and an undercoating back in 2019. I passed it up until November 2021. John told me they probably scraped off a whole truck's worth of rust but she still had structural integrity. Mind you, this is the kind of truck that WhistlinDiesel would joke about in his YT videos. But regardless, Ziebart did an excellent job of making it less of a Rustbucket than it is. One more note, Ziebart is VERY busy as they are understaffed due to the COVID BS so cut 'em a little slack. They are hard to get a hold of but you can try emailing them for a quicker response because "tis the season to be busy" especially as MD DOT loves to gush salt on their roads prior to freezing temps. I'd pay more in taxes to get them to put down Magnesium Sulfate instead...skinflints. ziebartdundalk @ gmail you know the rest.

Ziebart did a fantastic job treating and painting the undercarriage of my 2013 GX460. They were able to accommodate a tight timeline for a reasonable price. Great work, thanks again!
