I used to come to this location all the time- prices were a little high but the quality was good and I always received great customer service. However today I went, and was shocked in a bad way at how much this business has declined. The employees were very kind, but that’s pretty much the only positive thing I had to say. Prices have gone up drastically- $20-30 for a single wash. Not only that, after paying $20, my car was still filthy. That’s insane. It seems like they’re trying to strongarm you into their membership and I’m disinterested, especially with how dirty my car still was, so I’m just gonna find somewhere else.

These guys tools wonderful care of me, I came by for a quick wash and they had my vehicle looking mint in a matter of like 2 mins. It was amazing. These guys took awesome care of me and with the free amenities I was able to finish up everything I needed to on the car. Absolutely stellar service today.

This car wash is generally very good, and I am a regular subscriber. However, today most of the machines were not working, which was a bit disappointing. This has happened a few times before. I hope the management can continue to monitor and maintain the equipment so the location stays at the high standard we are used to."

First time here asked for "no touch wash" and got told that they can do that, after seeing the brushes of the car wash clearly touch my car it scratches the paint. Was not told that they don’t offer a "touch-less" wash which I wish they would have informed me of beforehand, was not pleased to find afterwards, still believe it has potential. Make sure the message of the kind of wash people want reaches all employees working the wash and they inform customers of all details before they enter.

Real nice place! Took care of all the bugs I collected on my hood from driving up north for a holiday weekend and having awnings over the free vacuums, and well stocked complimentary towels and interior spray, makes this place worth driving a little bit further than other car washes. If I lived closer I’d sign up for monthly but pricing is not n line with competition though I like this place better than most!

I've been going here every month for almost a year and I must say that it has been a little hit and miss on the quality of the wash and the reliability of the equipment. Often new people and it felt hard to know if the feedbacks you have actually made a difference. But today I met Ryan who will be the new person in charge and he asked me if he could take some pictures of my truck because they usually don't get them in here. He, and Ron, the chemist, wanted to make sure that the cleaning was satisfactory. They documented with pictures and asked pertinent questions and good feedback. It felt great that they are conscientious about their customers. They are even looking into fixing the water stains from the poor quality city water, and potentially upgrading the dryer to be more effective. Today was an awesome washing experience.
