I do appreciate the fact that he did give me a call back and talk with me. I am willing to give him another chance because he seems like a very honest and heart filled man. I appreciate that very much. but they still didn’t clean my vehicle. It was dirty. I guess when you clean a vehicle and you say you’re detailing it, you literally shampoo the cars on the inside and not take something and scratch up the backside of a vehicle. I will not give you guys another chance to do anything to my car, I took my car somewhere else. The back of my trunk has scratches so bad. I will send pictures to you of my vehicle before I bought it after I bought it and then when I brought it to you guys, you may have called me and tried to smooth it over , but you literally messed my car up and I’m using a very nice word for that. I will never bring my car back there again. Dylan doesn’t need to be working for you if he cannot do the job right
