After 2 years of shopping the used ID.4 market, I was able to find a great deal on a '23 VW ID.4 Pro S that is still under basic warranty as well as has 6 years remaining on the high voltage battery warranty. Planning to replace the company ICE vehicle with my own EV. Pavel was patient and leaving the final decision up to me, which vehicle to select for the purpose. He gave options, but he gave options as your little voice in your head. Who does this when selling cars? I will be speaking with my company manager shortly and making this happen...and it will be with EuroCars LLC. Update: As you can see by the picture, I DID purchase the vehicle of my choice, a week after the initial review. I have driven the ID.4 for almost 1000 miles, this past week. This was truly an amazing purchase. Pavel did not steer (car pun?) me wrong! I stress that his low-key approach of just being there for your help is what put me in the comfort zone of this experience. The customer has the full control of their own decision. He does NOT distract you with some "spiel" of talking you into something you "think" you want. He leaves the choice to being yours. A colleague of mine from the other end of the State is planing to take a trip over to see Pavel, shortly, for the same. I will choose Pavel for future vehicles, hands down.

I bought a 2016 Camaro from Pavel 3 years ago. When I went to his shop I was impressed with all of his vehicles, including mine which was in excellent condition with low miles. He allowed me to take it to a Chevrolet dealer for a thorough mechanical inspection. I bought the vehicle and all paperwork was completed in 30 minutes after I paid for the car. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a nice used car.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had: great car, great price, no hidden charges. Straightforward process, longest wait was the wire transfer. The owner graciously brought me cookies and I watched a movie while I waited. I don’t want to buy from anywhere else now.
