University Car Wash

I enjoy visiting this car wash, particularly for the complimentary iced coffee and water, which adds a nice touch to the experience. However, I must express my concerns about the restroom facilities. Unfortunately, the restrooms consistently have a strong, unpleasant odor and are not maintained to a satisfactory standard. It’s disappointing to see that this aspect of the service does not align with the overall professionalism of the establishment. I would recommend addressing these cleanliness issues to enhance the customer experience. For now, I suggest visitors use the restroom before arriving. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The customer service is excellent and their work is fantastic. My car is so clean and I appreciate the detailed work.

I will never use University Car wash again. I have been coming here for almost a decade…to back when they did oil changes and their employees had manners. I had a $99 mini detail today and it was horrible!! The last 2 years this place has really gone down hill. The overspray from the tire shine covered my entire car and windows so much so we are getting it detailed again this week somewhere else. The inside was so sticky that we had to take a hot rag and wipe it off and the rags we used became black! Nothing was actually clean. The spray they used left streaks and moisture marks. The back seat plastic was just oily..they did not even rub it in and wipe it. The seats were dirty and they weren’t dirty before. Sad to see this place nose dive. The employees need to clean up their mouths and act professional.

I just purchased this used car and since it was dirty I wanted it to look really clean so I paid $85 for their most detailed package plus another $85 for the interior. At first glance everything seemed fine but once I checked well I realized there were a lot of still dirty spots, the worst was the emergency brake and shifter that had still some kind of brown liquid. I honestly don't think the service I got is worth $170. Plus they told me to wait for about 3 hours for the car to be ready. After 4 hours I called them to ask if it was ready and they just told me "we will call you when it is ready" without any type of update. So I just waited and waited for about 6 hours, finally I just called them again and they said "sorry we forgot to call you". I w

The customer service here has steadily been declining over the years, it might time to find a new place to get my cars washed at. I was charged twice at one of my visits, the cashier was having trouble with the debit card machine and swiped my card twice, I later saw both charges on my card. I came back to talk about it, I wasn't upset or anything since I was going to get my car washed again either way, but the manager was very defensive and insisted that it's normal for the charge to appear that way and it would somehow fix itself in the coming days(This was weeks ago and both charges are still there, what a surprise). There is also nowhere to check their holiday hours, which is super inconvenient. It's obvious leadership here has become very content and doesn't feel like they have to maintain a high standard.

Well, unfortunately, this place has gone way downhill been going there for years but today I spent $250 on a full detail and literally pointed out multiple things that they did not clean and finally just sit down in the car and ask them for a cleaning cloth and clean the car myself extremely disappointed do not think it was worth money at all. This was maybe a $50 wash at Best even that though is not to my standard.
