Ledaf Auto Detailing

We paid for the gold which was 325 plus tip. The back of my car was still dirty, rims still had caked on dirt and glove compartment not wiped. Unfortunately we couldn’t checked this poor job till 5 days later cause we were on holiday vacation. Car was parked in the garage so the cleaner was the last person in there. When we contacted them they said they have a 48 hour recall policy which is not on their website. When I sent them the pictures they told me "well it was significantly improved". I didn’t pay that much for improved and it really wasn’t when I can wipe off the dirt with a baby wipe after they so called cleaned it. I was only offered a discount for the next time I use there services. There definitely won’t be a next time, save your money and use another company. P.s Only adding this part cause of the comment I got from the business. As you can see they are saying that I brought my dog into the car after it was cleaned and demanded it be cleaned again. Completely false on their part and quite the assumption to make. So not only will you get bad service you’ll also get a bad job. You’ll get a business that lies as well. You did a bad job, accept it. Clown show operation.
