I had an unfortunate experience when my car got soaked in an unexpected hailstorm, leaving my seats wet. After a long drive, I left my car doors open to dry them in the Laredo heat, only to have a tomcat urinate in my car. It was unbearable! Fortunately, Kustom Kar Wash came to the rescue with their friendly and professional service. From the moment I contacted them to when they delivered my vehicle, the service was gentlemanly and top-notch. 8 years ago I took a brand new car to Kustom Kar Wash to get it tinted. Unfortunately, the installer smoked inside my car during the installation. When I got my car back it reeked of cigarette smell for weeks. Otherwise, it was a decent tint job.

I am extremely satisfied with the service here! They were very professional. I work during the day, so the fact that I can drop off car and pickup later on in the day was very convenient. I had 6 cans of soup that were in a bag in my back seat that exploded over the weekend because I forgot them in my car. It exploded all over front to back and on the roof, and when I picked up my car it looked brand new and smelled brand new too! The price was very reasonable being that they had a lot of chicken and dumpling soup baked onto my seats to clean up.....GREAT job guys!!👍

I was looking for an honest to goodness detailing for my girlfriend's car. I checked out another place not too far away from this. The guy's heart wasn't in it. I went to Kustom Kar Wash, they did everything I asked and then some. Obviously, the folks here love and enjoy what they do. Been taking my truck there for quite some time and I just started taking my wife’s new vehicle and as always great job. I usually have it done on my days off so I can drop it off and pick it up later. Yes price is a little high but it’s worth it.

In town for work during super heavy rain. On the last day I got in to my car and found ants everywhere. I had a few hour drive to make it back home and all the detailing places in town were closed due to the weather. Kustom Kar Wash opened up their gates for me to come in and get my car cleaned so I could make the drive home. I am sooooo appreciative of them doing that and taking care of me when they didn't have to. Customer service at its best! Highly recommended!
