Just received mobile detailing on my brothers 4 Runner. Excellent work!!! This vehicle was a mess and would be the ugliest dirtiest example you might imagine. They went above and beyond to restore it to like new condition. I cannot recommend them enough. If you have a neglected ride and want it cleaned up right call Nelson’s and prepare to be amazed.

I would say this place was mid at best. They did leave my car cleaner than before, but it was definitely not what I expected for the price. I was quoted $250 for both the exterior and interior, and I’ve seen other places charge less while doing a much better job. I didn’t mind paying the price because I had just gotten the car and wanted it to look almost brand new and based on the reviews and reputation I expected way more, but there were still dirty spots along the bottom of the doors, streaks left on the windows from cleaning, and dirt specks still in the trunk and some other small details. If I’m paying for a full detail, I’m expecting for them to pay attention to the small details. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was honestly so upset that I just let it go and moved on. Thankfully, the guy who helped me was kind enough to acknowledge that the job wasn’t done properly, and because of that I ended up paying less than the original quote. There’s no way I would have paid the full amount for the quality of work I received. Unfortunately, I would not come back.

Scheduled an appointment with Shawn in advance to arrange a complete detail of my RAM 2500 Mega cab. He is very thorough in ensuring that not one place gets untouched. The interior was immaculate; I have dogs, and you couldn’t tell. The exterior had been buffed and looked like glass! The engine bay and underside of the truck were just as they had been when I rolled it off the show room floor in 2018! Previous to my RAM, he had conducted an interior detail of my fiancé’s Mazda CX-9 and she couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Shawn—
