We used the Soft Touch Car Wash to get an Orleans Parish brake tag. The service was fast and efficient. We also purchased a car wash while there. The system is mostly automated and we were pleased with the outcome. The staff are efficient but not overly friendly or outgoing.

Tried this car wash for the first time and had a great experience! I got the express detail at an unbeatable price. The staff was friendly, fast, and did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be back!

I just paid $60 to have my car "detailed". I may be crazy, but I expected them to take care of the "details" that are hard to take care of without professional cleaning equipment. The photos were taken AFTER having my car was "detailed" by Soft Touch. There were some areas that were not even wiped down or vacuumed AT ALL. I am so disappointed that I paid $60 just to have to come home and clean my car myself. The only reason I gave two stars is because the employees were nice and they took me right away without having an appointment.

Typical auto-pay car wash. No pre-scrub or post-dry, no fills. Windshield was covered with bugs going into the $10 wash and was pretty much covered with streaks of the same bugs when I came out. Rest of car was ok.
