Dealing with Alejandro and Providence Detailing was straightforward and professional from start to finish. Alejandro was quick to return my calls and texts, and he took the time to clearly walk me through his process and pricing—both of which I found to be fair and transparent. I had a very good experience with Alejandro handling my car - to help prep it for selling. His communication was very good through the initial sales process, scheduling, rescheduling due to weather & then dealing with logistics. His pricing was competitive and the cleaning results were very good. He was flexible and agreed to take some pictures of the car for my sale and handled that thoughtfully. For pickup, he was patient to wait for me as I was a little late. His shop was clean and it was easy to have friendly conversation.

I have been here twice about a year apart (need to increase that frequency). Great experience both times. The first time I got a mini detail, and this most recent time I got the full. I had also had my window smashed out not that long ago and had yet to replace my tint, and Alejandro was able to do that the same time as the detail, and matched the existing tint really well. He was also very nice about my being late to pick up the car because of a late meeting. 11/10, highly recommended!
