I'm taking back my 5 star review. Everyone was great until the papers were signed. Our brand new RV had a warranty issue right off the bat. Ok, understandable. But the service department has no idea how to run an efficient shop. They have NO sense of urgency. I'm going to miss the entire camping season making payments on an RV that has never left the dealership! My business, that I own, deals with warranty claims at least weekly. I would NEVER drag my feet the way they have. And in just a moment, the dealership will publicly respond to this with some lovely lip service. I don't want lip service. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Four Winds recently and had a positive experience from beginning to end. The rig was just as described online and the service was top notch. This was our first RV purchase and Collier, Ramon, Kayla and Julia walked us through the process with grace and professionalism. We look forward to our inaugural adventure soon!

Worse experience, they push you so hard until they get you… after that good luck!! You’re on your own. Kayla sales person, used to call me 2 times per week, now I’m lucky if she responds nicely, Kyle from financial services told me he was gonna show me the app and teach us all the stuff we needed to know, it’s Ben 2 weeks and nothing. The camper was missing 2 recliners which I was told they were gonna be here the weekend I pick up the RV, now they said 6 weeks!!!! How do they lie so easy!!!! I’m very disappointed with the service.

My husband and I went to look at RV's. The sales person was nice but did not seem very happy to be there. When we found one we liked I told him that we wanted to see what type of financing we could get. He said great because the finance manager was in their store at the time. We filled out the application and was told we would hear something from him by five that day. No call. Next day no call. Finally on day 3 I called. Was told 3 times(by Cal and Ramone) they had nothing under my name. Said maybe I had them confused with another location. I know the difference between Raleigh and Benson. Finally we went back to the store. And was told my application was not approved. All they had to do was call me. I may have dodged a bullet. Im glad we saw first hand how you get treated by these people. Trust that when I do get a chance to purchase it will not be Blue Compass Raleigh.

We had an amazing experience with Blue Compass camper dealership from start to finish. We just stopped in to see what they had. The team truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the exact camper we wanted, all while staying within the price range we had in mind. What really stood out was their customer service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy—something that can be hard to find when shopping for a camper. They were very helpful from start to finish with great customer service. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a camper to at least stop in.
