Went online to book an appointment for 110;00 AM on Friday. Got a call Wednesday confirming the appointment. 11:30 rolls by, I text the tech, who calls me and explains he was booked for a job that didn't end until 11:30. He *would* come do my job, but the guy after me 'has had to reschedule 3 times.' I cancel booking. Call Luis in the office main line, get no apology, no nothing, just told I can rebook for the next week with a 20% discount. I set aside four hours for a detail job, confirmed by Luis int he office, but the tech was triple-booked. The tech was very, VERY nice; Luis seemed very dismissive and when I asked for a confirmation email to show I had not been charged $400 for this flub, he said 'Okay bye.' and hung up. I did not rebook, if some fellow had to do so three times to get his car detailed.

My Mercedes C-Class has never looked better. GoDetail treated it like a high-end show car. The finish was flawless, and even the floor mats looked brand new. Super professional and worth every dollar.

Let me start by saying I smoke in my car and I carry animals and kiddos in my car. Which makes it safe to say my vehicle can get a little "a lot" nasty from time to time. When James was finished detailing my Bessie, it looked and smelled BRAND NEW! Had me almost in tears because I love this bright orange, turbo machine that gets me everywhere I need to go!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your vehicles done here!! Amazing, quality work shown with pride!!
