Jesse quoted me $150 for a complete interior detail and shampoo, when he arrived he took his time and diligently cleaned every nook and cranny. Excellent communication and customer service skills. I highly recommend you give them a shot for all your car detailing needs.

I needed a car detail (deep cleaning) bad. I had gone on multiple trips for work with animals and kids in the car and pet fur was embedded in the trunk. I had to ship my car overseas quickly for a military move and so I had to pass a white glove inspection. Smith & Son's got me in quickly and worked around my schedule. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I had a ride back safely while my car was being cleaned. And the cleaning was amazing. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. Fast and impeccable service. And the dog hair was gone!! Highly recommend this company! Before and after photos attached.

I’m sure they offer great detailing services, but I didn’t greatest communication experience. When I initially sent my quote request, I included in it that my vehicle is used to transport my husky, so it has quite a bit of hair. They quoted me $200 for inside and out, which was great. In our email conversation they didn’t ask anything about what state my car was in, what type of car I had, or any additional info. The day of they see my vehicle and tell me it has too much dog hair and the detail will be $150 more. I think the lack of communication of prices or requesting information on the car made this experience a little frustrating. They didn’t end up detailing my car, showed up late to my house without communicating they would be late (I had to call them), and almost doubled the price I was originally quoted.

I don’t think I’ve ever made a review in my life but after seeing the results of this service I must say I’m super impressed by the work. My Jeep looks brand new, like I really didn’t expect it to look this good. It was worth every penny! I definitely will be using this service again!

Not worth the $120. Got an interior detail done. Areas like the sun visors, sun roof, middle compartment, and windshield weren’t even touched. There was still dirt and grime on the center console side of the seats, and in the door compartments. There was use of a slick spray on the pedals and steering wheel which removed any ability to grip the pedals when used. And it took over 6 hours to do what seemed to be a quick and careless vacuum and wipe down if the shiny parts of the interior. Overall I was very disappointed especially since there are so many good reviews on this company.

Wow. Thanks so much for coming to clean my car. It definitely needed the inside cleaned. As an Uber driver I am always looking for a good detailer. Thanks so much for the new car feeling. Btw. I loved your son! I will definitely call you again and I will recommend you to my passengers and the other rideshare drivers.
