Excelente service!!

I took my car in today to get a full wash and detail and also a head light restoration. They did an amazing job! The whole staff was outstanding and specifically Nate! He was very thorough and did an amazing job with the head light restoration. After he got done with one headlight he came over and had us look at the difference between the lights and let me tell you it was a night and day difference. He was super nice and very professional. He was quick but also was very detailed making our old lights look brand new! I highly recommend this location to everyone looking to get just a wash or more like detailing. They also have an amazing gas station with lots of fun snacks and treats. Staff is super friendly and respectful and the store is clean and inviting!

I am amazed! I've had cars detailed before but this was elevated! The detail to every area of Yukon was thoughtfully cleaned. Oh and the leather treatment... WOW I didn't know I needed that! Outstanding service and care and price for this was perfect (I would've paid more!) Thank you Fabulous Freddy's!

I really like this car wash and the pricing and products they offer. I really appreciate the hand drying towels at the very end, though I wish they would take a little bit more time to fully dry it as I swear they use still wet towels sometimes and it doesn’t really dry that well. A bit of hit a miss with that but still very appreciated that they offer that. A huge disappointment I found frequently is that the free vacuums they offer at least a quarter to 1/3rd of them have very little suction or are not working at all which is very disappointing so I have to keep moving stalls to find which vacuums work. This is my biggest complaint, if they were able to fix so all the vacuums in the stalls were working properly with the high functioning suction that would be fantastic.

Had my wife’s car detailed here. Was a disappointing & didn’t end up well, so it was a botched Mother’s Day surprise for my wife. They didn’t even wipe the instrument panel clean, it still had stuff that needed t be vacuumed in seat crevices by door, etc. The kid who walked me around the car after trying to suck a tip out of me was bragging about the wheel polish / treatment…. LOL got out in the sun & they didn’t even do that. He was bragging about what they didn’t do. I won’t be returning & would advise you to look around for a different detail shop. I gave them 3 stars because the location was nearby my home, and they honored the appointment time I had set. But the quality was severely lacking. Would have been better off paying my teenage son & a couple of his friends to do it.

I went to Fabulous Freddy’s yesterday and received a less than "fabulous" experience for $95. My screen was left dirty, I paid extra for a leather treatment and they skipped sections of my car. Additionally, my mats were initially not cleaned even though I paid for the service (it clearly said it on my receipt) and I had to go grab an employee to come fix it. Furthermore, I asked for my car to be hand brushed not just sprayed off and it was only sprayed off prior to entering the tunnel. I took my other car in earlier that day and the same thing happened in regards to the hand brush. Finally, my glass is all streaky on my windshield and on the outside/inside of all the windows. I definitely expected more.

Somehow there was a mix up on the scheduling. I had made a reservation and gotten confirmation emails but my appointment wasn’t showing on their end. The staff was so sweet and accommodating and took my car in anyway. I have a pretty easy clean up but am endlessly grateful for the kind and professional way they handled the mix up.
