Mr. Detail Auto Salon makes it so easy for me to drop off and pick up my car. I appreciate their great communication and their guidance on my service level options. I was lucky to get in on short notice and out the same day for my latest service. They were so fast, my car was ready for pick up before I was ready to pick it up. They do a great job cleaning the cracks and crevices and make my car look brand new every time. I often receive compliments on how clean my car is after they have detailed it. I also appreciate that they remember me and make me feel like a valued customer. They are the best!

Our daughter puked in the back seat and we needed our backseat carpet cleaned to get the smell out. Not only did Mr. Detail get us in quickly, but offered us a fair price. Aaron was genuinely friendly, didn’t try to upsale me and went above and beyond what I asked for. It was a refreshing experience!

The service and work on my car was simply outstanding. After my 2006 Scion xB was detailed, it actually came out looking even better than when I bought it 19 years ago. I very much appreciate the double-application work to protect the paint. The interior detail was meticulous - far superior than what my previous detail shop could do. Although the entire job was pricey, it was well worth it. I was not pressured or upsold into more than what I had come for. Mr. Detail Auto Salon will be my go-to from now on. It was a job well done that was above and beyond my expectations.

Disappointed with the quality of the work here. I got a full detail inside and out and even agreed to pay for three extra hours of work for dog hair and kid crumbs. Total cost was $850. While the car is much cleaner and genuinely looks decent, the attention to detail and excuses for an incomplete job are disappointing. There were surfaces that hadn't been wiped down and plenty of dog hair left in the carpet. They said they couldn't spend more time on my car and still be profitable. "Full Detail" is a joke. I will not go back here.

I had a great experience. John was super helpful and stayed late so my car could be finished on time when it ended up being a much bigger job than we anticipated. He was very communicative and helpful.

Long overdue but Aaron and his team did a great job on washing and detailing my vehicle. I have a Subaru Forester and opted for heavy interior and exterior detail services for a medium sized vehicle. I had yet to get professional detailing done for my car and frequented touchless car washes and occasionally vacuumed the interior myself. I had gone on a few camping and beach trips and there was mud, sand, and some dog hair inside. The drop off process with Aaron was easy and the job took all day but was definitely worth it. My Forester was so shiny and clean it looked like when I had just bought it from the dealership. I was thoroughly impressed and will return for detailing again really soon!
