Roadrunner Car Wash and Oil Change

One star for a business decision, not the wash quality. For at least six months, RoadRunner Car Wash has kept a large, curated wall of newspaper clippings and quote posters in the interior viewing area, where customers stand and watch their car go through, so you can't really look away from it (see attached photos). Most of it is religious, libertarian, and anti-modern commentary; one poster even jokes about bringing back the electric chair. The piece that stands out is an op-ed titled "Some Crazy Ideas Are Deadly Serious" by J. Budziszewski, which calls transgender people's existence a "mania" and a "derangement," describes gender-affirming care as disfiguring children, and mocks the idea that any of it should be taken seriously. Leaving that mounted in a customer area is a choice this business has made and re-made every single day it's stayed up for half a year. Making paying customers stand in front of content that dehumanizes an entire group of people is not neutral. LGBTQ customers, and anyone who'd rather not fund it, should take their money to one of the many other washes in the area that will run your car through without the editorializing.

I wanted the complete detailing package. I’ve never had anything like this done for my car before so I didn’t know what to expect. All the people working there were very friendly. When they got my name and info, they started working on my car before I even stepped out of the car 😂 they were done in 4ish hours, and now my car feels almost brand new! They even got the nasty stuff out of cup holder I couldn’t get out. I’m definitely taking my car here again for a deep clean. They’re located right by a bus stop so you can go riding around town for a bit until they call you.

I dont mind paying for a service, I don't even mind what it costs if I want the service I get it. This is my second and last time to use this place. For 100$ your telling me they can't clean the inside of a vehicle any better? You should have a manager look at these vehicles before you turn them back over to customers and if you do have one, you should fire him. RIDICULOUS! Update: Response to the Establishment Owner. - Sir I have a Ford F350 dually, your people were asked the cost to hand wash and clean and wipe down the driver & passenger side and told not to worry about the rear seat area. I was given a price of $100.00. So more than 3 times your most expensive service, again I didn't mind since I wanted it done. The guy was told my expectations. The service took an hour, I should not have to come out and inspect YOUR work no matter if you have a sign or not, I'm not offering a service, im paying for a service. You or a supervisor should inspect your employees work, period. If you can look at the pictures provided and tell me it's a good job you may need glasses.

The employees did a great job cleaning my vehicle. The manager was witty and nice, and the ambiance invites you to engage in the process. They take pride in what they do, and I appreciate the way they do business.

Disappointed! The interior and exterior were both still dirty. The door panels appeared to not have been touched. I used to come here all the time but quit due to mediocre results. Decided to give another try and just confirmed my decision. The people were nice, but I expected my car to be clean. Paid for ultimate car wash and gave an $8 tip

I know it doesn't look like much, but this is a highly respectable business. I'm getting my oil changed, and car washed while in Shreveport, on Youree Street. If you come in, ask for Walter, the owner, and tell him hello. He's a great guy, and a hard worker. The ferrari is not my car. Lol

Worst customer service ever!!! I called yesterday & was told that I could get a full detail. I showed up by 8:30 & was told that I couldn't. They charged me $24 & barely wiped the car down on the inside. I will never come back again. Also, the owner was very rude as well. And they scratched the plastic covering the odometer readings.
