Northwoods Mobile Detailing

Honestly, it could been better. I wouldn’t recommend it because my car still had some dirt spots on the door that was left by kids shoe mark from dirt over the winter. My console wasn’t clean my shifting gear leather still had dust and tiny crumbs. I asked the guy if that was all that basic cleaning does and he said yes. I still gave him tips but would probably not use this cleaning anymore. Would most likely do it myself if I had the proper equipment and tools. They recommend a deep cleaning with extra charge before they came out to clean my car. I decided to go with the $199 special to see how they do first. It wasn’t what was shown on Facebook. With all the good ratings I gave it a try.

Amazing got all the salt off! Super nice and polite, Definitely got most of the dog hair off my carpet in the trunk. I paid just a little over 230 and I would say it’s definitely worth it! He took his time spent 3 hours detailing.

If we had a 6 ⭐️ option we would choose it! Dante did an absolutely phenomenal job, we are truly astounded by the magic he worked. Between kids, a hairy Husky and lots of dirt from camping our forerunner posed quite a challenge but Dante blew us away and the vehicle is truly cleaner than when we first bought it! Can not wait to get our other vehicle done, will be requesting Dante again. Could not recommend this experience enough, all from the ease of our garage too!!

Edited Review: After posting a review of my initial detail job, the management reached out to resolve my issues. Drew personally came out to touch up the issues I had raised and did a great job. If the original detail was as complete as his do-over I would absolutely rate them a 5 ⭐. <><><><><><> Had an interior detail done + an exterior wash. The detail was done with little care, interior carpets were left soiled, dirt and debris was left in the rear of the vehicle as well as door panels. The door jambs were untouched and there's still crud in the seats. I scheduled a re-do and was left underwhelmed. The exterior wash was less than gas station drive through quality. I can nit-pick way more, but for the price this was a huge let down.

Eric came today from Northwoods to detail my car and did a great job! He was punctual, polite, professional and communicated well throughout the entire process. I’m satisfied with Eric’s finished work and would recommend their services!

My car looks great. They even cleaned up the roof above where my kid sits that was covered in ketchup and oils. The crevices where the bolts are could have been better cleaned up but wasn’t horrible. I’m over all happy with the services they provided. The worker was amazing and easy to communicate with.

Dante was very professional, patient and kind. He did a walkthrough to thoroughly investing my areas of concern and offered immediate solutions! He left my 2011 spotless and looking showroom ready!
