Redline Detailing St. Petersburg

I'm conflicted here. I've been a customer for years, mainly the mobile detailing. That's no longer offered. I brought both vehicles in for the showroom detail. Both turned out excellent as they always have with one exception. On my pickup, during the detail the paint on the driver's door handle was chipped. It seems likely to me that a ring on when grabbing the door handle, or something along those lines chipped the paint. I brought it up several times, including immediately upon seeing it to pick up my truck. The most I got was "yeah it looks fresh" but no attempt to make it right and no acknowledgement that it was them (when talking about it, they just walked away). Only because I see this every day multiple times per day as I get in and out does it bother me. I touched up the paint myself but it's certainly not like it was prior to my detail. Other vehicle and all other past experiences were positive, but the way the paint chip was handled left a bad taste in my mouth. No remorse and acting as if it never happened by them is just not proper customer service. With 5 stars being a perfect experience, I deduct 1 star because they no longer offer mobile detailing, and I deduct 2 additional stars for the paint damage without any attempt to make it right They are expensive for what they are, and do pretty good work, but I won't be returning because of this experience.

They are nice, friendly . Did a superb job on the car. I had a lot of dog hair and sand in it. My 14 year old car looks as good as new now! Price is reasonable. The Roe’s Cafe is a nice place to sit and chill while you wait.

The guys at Redline are top-notch! Mike and Louis have tinted all of my vehicles over the years… they use high-quality film backed by a lifetime warranty (which I’ve never had to actually use). They’re also the best detailers around, highly recommend!

First, I want to say thank you. I have usually done mobile since it’s easier with kids and I get to strip the car seats and wash them while the car is being done. Today, since I only live within a few blocks, they picked it up and brought it to the shop which was a total surprise. I was beyond thrilled. Put the kids clean seats back in and it looks amazing! I asked for nothing more than a complete interior shampoo for my Honda and then I send my husband out to wash so I can get some time to myself 😂. They surprised me by doing the whole thing! When the car came back, my husband saw it first saying it looked really nice. I had left before the car was dropped off and it "looking nice" was a total understatement from my husband as I thought he was referring to the inside. When I came home, it looked like a brand new car. Newer than when we purchased it. I wanted to give a sincere thank you to everyone who worked on my car. I didn’t get to see it right off the bat when dropping the payment off with my other car. I am genuinely happy and I feel tempted having it completely washed in and out by Redline for now on since it looks better than when my husband does it 😂😂😂. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
