Muy malo el servicio me cobraron 220 dólares por una limpieza general y me dejaron el carro casi igual q como lo lleve me rompieron un apoya brazos es el peor lugar donde he llevado a lavar mi carro súper malo

I had a FILTHY car. 2 kids, a dog, and a long time with no wash. Chris went above and beyond to scrub my car by hand inside and out and did a stellar job - it’s good as new. Will definitely be back (often)!

I am very impressed with the service. The staff, Jessie, Dei-dei, and Gloria, did a fantastic job! They made my car looks like brand new. Worth every single penny. I suddenly feel like a family to them. I highly recommend this place, and amazing staff. I salute you! Additionally: No single dog hair ( i have a black car and my shiba inu dog is white .. imagine that )😉

Left my car under a tree for a week and it was covered In sap that would not come off, even when I hand washed. Edwin, Reggie and Peaches took 2 1/2 hours to take off as many individual pieces of sap as they could. Car came back looking better than I could've hoped for. This place is great & take the time to take care of your car as if it were their own

Horrible experience. I went to the Westshore location because it had the best ratings but they turned out to be the worst. My car was the only one there that day and I was greeted by an associate on the phone with his friend and wouldn't even look at me in the eye. I was told I would receive a call or text when my car was complete and I never did. So I went back 4 hours later to find that my car was ready and clean with 3 associates sitting down, with no other cars to work, on their phone doing nothing, but I couldn't receive a call or a notification? It got worse when I noticed that they removed my Honda Cup holders and one was now missing. They didn't even try to look and they still charged me full price and wrote down my number so that the owner named Dante would call me and I still have not received a call. I would not recommend this location, and if corporate is reading this, check your cameras and you will see all this is true. very disappointed.

Excellent service. I needed to get my car waxed after having it painted some weeks ago and decided to bring it here to get it washed as well. My car looks and smells so good. Since it's located at the mall, we just went to see a movie while the car was being washed.
