Tampa Mobile Car Detailing

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across. Set up an appointment and they never showed. Sad thing thing is I have multiple company vehicles across Florida and if they did well would have brought them a bunch of business. instead the were a no show and never even called to notify. I work late nights and when I could have gone to bed I instead waited up and assumed they were were coming. A single phone call would have been nice but nope just a no call no show. Chris is absolutely one of the rudest people I have communicated with.

I called and made an appointment two days prior for two vehicles to be fully serviced. My appointment time had passed so I called the company and spoke with someone that stated they are going to be 1 hour late, offered me to reschedule for afternoon. I declined the offer because I was getting two vehicles serviced and already had arrangements made for both vehicles to be home. So hours went by I called the company to confirm if someone was still coming 4 times and no answer. I even tried to wait after the previous calls and made several calls and still no response. I was scheduled for two vehicles to be fully serviced and no one ever showed up nor did anyone contact me. Bad business!!!!! I also mentioned that I am a veteran when making the initial appointment and the person I spoke with said yes we take good care of our veterans! This is not good care and I am NOT pleased because I fixed my schedule to have both of my vehicles home to be serviced and no call or show!!!

I called to make an appointment for my car to get detailed and we set a time. The day they we supposed to show nobody was here. I called and got an answer and was told they are nearby but can't get a hold of me. The man on the phone said he'd reach out to his driver and call me back in 5 minutes. He never called me back. I tried calling back 5 times and sometimes the call rang all the way to voice-mail and sometimes I was just directly sent to voice-mail because the declined my call. Fast forward a week I call back, ask what happened. They try to tell me that there was something wrong with Verizon and that's why they couldn't get back to me. I didn't really believe it but was trying to move past it and get my car done. We set another appointment for 10am Saturday morning. I get up at 8 and call to make sure everything is still good to go. No answer. I call back a few more times, sent straight to voice-mail. Nobody every showed up again, nobody gave me a call to let me know they couldn't make it or we needed to reschedule. And still they ignore my calls. So 2 days now I wasted my time waiting around for a service that never called, showed, and never gave me an explanation. If they didn't want to do, for one, they didn't have to lie about the phone service, and for two, they definitely didn't have to give me another appointment just to do the same thing.

Chris is awesome!!! There's no other way to explain it. He's punctual, explains everything in detail start to finish and will even provide photos and his pricing is on point for the work they provide. I use Chris for all of my automotive detailing needs! Highly recommended
