Prestige Pro Mobile Detailing

I bought a full detail for my husband Christmas 2025 through Prestige Mobile Detail. We have used them in the past but something has changed with the company. They came out on a Saturday for a few hours and after the detail we noticed streaks on the window, dried waterlines on side of car, no armor all on tires or running boards and really something we could have done ourself at a drive through service. we contacted the company expressing our dissatisfaction and they said they would get ahold of employee and get back with us. It has now been over 2 weeks with no return calls or texts from the owner. I would not recommend this company. Does this mean you are going to comp us a detail or credit us? What is your company’s terms of service "turning things around?" Nobody even phoned us back after several calls and texts December 2025/January 2026. Please explain?

Had them come out to clean my work truck after months of dust, coffee spills, and tools getting tossed around inside. They showed up on time, worked fast, and somehow got the interior looking way newer than it should. Definitely made driving it around feel better again.

They left my car cleaners than it has ever been. I would really recommend coming to these guys for your cars!

I'd give a zero if I could. Over a hour late, didnt bother to let me know even when I reached out. They finially texted 10 mins til to tell me will be there in next 15 to not show up for another 30 mins. Lot of things were missed and not cleaned on the inside. Reached out to give them a chance to make it right and all they did was ignore me. DO NOT USE! There are million more detailers out there then this place.

My work truck was getting pretty rough inside from hauling tools around all week, so I finally booked a full cleanup. They came out to my house and knocked it out while I handled stuff inside. Huge difference afterward, especially the seats and floorboards.
