I had a fantastic experience with John and Alice at Superior Image when I bought my carpet cleaner. John went above and beyond, patiently answering my questions and sharing some pro tips on carpet cleaning. I’m really looking forward to coming back for more supplies as I work on my Cadillac project!

Had the displeasure of being checked out by Shelby this morning at the counter, every time I’ve come in to buy your products she’s been short or blatantly rude. I’ve been using your products for over a year now and I love them. I’ve met the owner a few times and he’s been nothing but nice, he even gave me a few products to try on my own cars for free. Overall superior image is great place to get water and detailing supplies.

First time I shopped here, didn’t really get that much help. But it’s ok I was browsing. I’ve seen the reviews about the front desk girl. Today I went for my second time, the girl was nice and helpful, maybe people should stoke up conversation she opens up! I mean I don’t blame her, she sits in the hot warehouse in Arizona! So guys, give her a break! Now to the products! I’m super excited to try and review there products as there is little to no reviews on any of them. Superior products there is but not superior image products! I’ve tried a couple products already, there degreaser, iron wheel remover. So far there really good! Great price! I just picked up another 5 products and I’m going to put them head to head with Adam’s, meguiars,car pro! Excited to see how they fare! Now this shop, has all the goodies, spray bottles, brushes, scrub buddies, everything! At amazing prices! I’ve been to all the detail shops in the valley, and can say hands down you get more bang for Your buck! It just can’t be beaten! Edit. Used products on a really nasty car, loved them! The degreaser worked wonders on a car used for construction work with solvents, glues cigarettes and everything under the sun! Used there air freshener after! The wheel cleaner cut through the brake dust like butter! Think I’ve found my new brand!

Austin is the man!!! Great customer service my go to place as a mobile detailer, good spot for all you weekend warriors as well!

If you are a vehicle detailer or love an extremely clean vehicle this is the place to buy your supplies! The have a large selection of cleaners, brushes, sponges, microfiber, and so much more! Shelby was extremely helpful, listened to my needs and explained how to use all of the products that I purchased. They smell SO good and work beautifully! I will definitely be back!!! I was referred to this store by my parent's car detailer. His shop has every product known to man, but he said his favorites and the ones he buys over and over again are from Superior Image! Being the type A clean freak that I am I had to go to the store! Upon Arrival it smelled amazing, was super clean and Shelby greeted me immediately and asked how she could help me! She even looked at my vehicle when I told her the issues that I was having on the paneling (you can literally see every single place I've touched in my car)! It was incredible to walk in and be taken care of so well! Excellent customer service and phenomenal products is a major win win and I'm beyond thankful to have products that actually work well!! They sell ready to use products, sprayers, as well as products by the gallon. Depending on your needs they have the right size for everyone! The detailing brushes are superior and work so well (I tried brushes from Amazon and all of the bristles fell out almost immediately)! Check out this place for all of your detailing needs!
