Bates Auto Detail

I’ve got a 2008 BMW 328XI and if you know these cars, you know they get valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket leaks. After fixing these, much of the engine was coated in grime and oil residue from these leaks. Given all of the sensitive electronics on these cars, cleaning the engine bay wasn’t a job I wanted to tackle. Christian at Bates auto did an immaculate job. Going into this, I was mostly concerned with getting the greasy oil residue cleaned up but good golly - this engine bay absolutely SHINES! All of the plastic trim is deep black like it just rolled out of the factory and the engine is so clean. Couldn’t recommend this service enough. We’ll be back soon.

Had my 4Runner detailed inside and out by Bates. Christian did an amazing job. Came out looking brand new. Scheduling was easy, communication was great. He showed up at my house right on time and spent 5 hrs transforming my vehicle. 5 stars. Plan to use again for sure. I definitely recommend Bates for your auto detail needs!

It is impossible to describe how clean the car is now. I got an interior detail for a car that had been sitting for a few months, I thought it was in decent enough shape minus some little dots of mold that started showing up. I figured getting the mold dealt with professionally was the way to go, but this was so much more than that. Somehow the dog hair is GONE. I have two high energy shorthairs and their fur could embed itself in steel. I have stopped noticing it entirely since it’s so prevalent in my life, so to see the absence of it was a huge surprise to say the least. I scheduled for mold remediation but now I’m scheduling my other cars for exterior as well.

Bates Auto Detail did an amazing job on my car here in Vancouver, WA. A week later and I'm still pleased when we jump in the Camry, with how it smells and the shine inside and out. The extra details at getting dog hair out of the upholstery from client dog sitting gigs brings our well cared for old car back to life. Easy scheduling, billing, and excellent communications on what to expect and when!

Christian was great to work with and I love my interior detail! My floors were caked with sticky gunk and now they look showroom clean. He worked extra hard on a residue left on my door frame, trying different applications until he found one that left it sparkling. I have already referred his services and will go back.

The website is easy to navigate, pricing is extremely reasonable, and the owner is extremely kind and professional and very communicative. You can tell he takes pride in his work and it shows in the end result. We were extremely satisfied with the end result and would recommend his services to anybody looking for detailing services 🙂

My son's 10 year old car had only been washed a handful of times. It was beyond filthy. Bate's made that car look brand new. Highly recommend!
