I booked Mobigleam Mobile Car Detailing and chose the Gleam 3 package with dog hair removal, and I was very happy with the experience. Abdu is a true gentleman and professional with strong ethics. He did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied and was extremely careful around my aftermarket devices, pointing out pre existing damage before starting. His communication and attention to detail were excellent. The owner is also very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the detailing process, products, and the company’s practices, which I really appreciated. A paint stain on my rear trunk mat that I thought was permanent was completely removed at no extra charge, and the dog odor was fully eliminated. Abdu also responsibly warned me that certain chemical treatments could improve watermarks but might damage my roof decal, and advised against them, which really showed integrity. Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and care from the entire team. I would definitely recommend Mobigleam to anyone looking for high quality, ethical mobile detailing.

I had my car detailed by MobiGleam Mobile Detailing and the work was good/adequate. They cleaned the interior and exterior(I paid for Gleam II), applying clay bar to the outside. Per my neighbor, "it looked like it came off a used car lot", so while not immaculate, it was cleaner than it was prior (The car is 8 years old at this point). The team was friendly, arrived on time, and performed the work in 3h15m. I have gripes with the thoroughness as the detailing tech did not pay as much attention as I would have expected for the price. See pictures for areas that the tech did not notice(dust and dirt). Every pic but the ones of dust are within 1hr of the detailing. Overall, I’m willing to give them another shot but I expected to be wowed for paying nearly $300. My satisfaction is much closer to 7/10. My neighbor has been detailing vehicles for ~20 years and said that the price was competitive but the quality was not up to par. Allegedly, the tech was in the vehicle on his phone for a good chunk of the time he was supposed to be working on my car while I was in work meetings inside. The the owner was gracious enough to come check the car with me, but, after closer inspection after our conversation, I think the bird poop stains(3-4) that the owner said happened after cleaning in fact were there before(the color is just too dark/brown to have been fresh).

I immediately thought of Phillip at Mobigleam and connected with him right away. Prompt in his communication, he set out a plan to remedy it and reset our vehicles to feel like new again. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. We had them do both of our SUVs, and it's so convenient because they come to us and work in our driveway! They are professional and kind. It's worth every penny. Our vehicles look like a million bucks. I would highly recommend.
