The pros: good communication, fast responses, moved me up to an earlier time slot when he had a cancellation, prompt and timely service, the car looks significantly better than it did before. The cons: rear view deck was untouched (dusty), stains on side of passenger seat remained, exterior wash was pretty basic, there was bug splatter and dirt that remained. Disclaimer that I was not present at time of service and therefore it is my fault I couldn’t inspect the results before payment. Overall he did a good job but there were definitely a few missed details that were a bit of a bummer. I paid $295 for interior, exterior, and shampooing of car seats. Based on other rates I’ve seen it seems like a competitive price. The last time I’d had my car detailed professionally was in 2019 and paid $250 for a more detailed cleaning but obviously inflation is a factor. Maybe I just needed to pay more for a more detailed cleaning, I’m not sure, but felt like these were reasonable things to expect to be included. He is worth giving a try but inspect the work to make sure it meets your expectations.

Tim came through with his mobile detailing service and did such a great job. The best part is he comes to you, so you don’t have to worry about driving anywhere or rearranging your schedule.
