Car wash took the paint off my car. Very expensive and the car is still dirty all round dosent even look like it was washed

pleased is not the word I'd use here. I paid 20 for the exterior car wash, and it literally did nothing for my car. there is still dust around the mirrors, on the trunk, still bugs on the front of the car, and pollen on the back. only reason I gave 2 stars was because the vacuum area was well kept. *edit to add, they ask you to email them so they can fix it, and then when you do they don't respond. I'll just take the l on this one and not give them my business going forward.

I have been going and getting multiple vehicles washed at all of their locations for years. I drove through the John Hawkins Parkway location and both the mirrors on my 2017 tundra were broken. They insisted that their car wash does not do that yet it was very obvious Seeing as I heard them break during the wash. They refused to do anything about it. I canceled my memberships and will never go there again. Very disappointed if Lawerence was still alive I believe he would’ve taken care of me seeing as I use to work for him back in the 80s. I will tell everybody I know and choose another car wash service

I paid $50 for a full service clean and it was not worth it. The outside was still dirty and the inside didn’t feel clean. Very basic clean, but not worth the price. The cup holders were also still full of trash.

Worse car wash I’ve ever been to. They didn’t even attempt to clean the dash, doors or seats. They force open the electric mirror yet they didn’t take the time to clean them. Also didn’t dry the exterior. Avoid at all cost.

I am so sad to post this as I formerly was a monthly member of Anthony’s an frequented it. I had not been there in a while and decides to stop by. Complete nightmare. I can’t comment on the cleaning because after 45 min. And my car not even being started I decided to leave. The prices are triple what they used to be and employees just incompetent, half cleaning one care every 45 min. Anthony’s used to be triple staffed with some of the nicest, most motivated staff. I saw one location in Hoover closed. Now I see why.

Wouldn't use again. Were so slow on drying car that it had spotted. Used same towels for wheels as windows and paint. Had to have them reclean windows as there were more smears leaving than when I brought it in. Had to bring car back because they left so much wax or something on the back door that it looked scratched. Also one dude was drying it with keys hooked onto the front of his jeans. Who would allow that when working with paint... Highly recommend not using them.
