Affordable Glass & Mirror

I personally would not recommend affordable glass and mirror. I called For some roller wheels to be replaced on a sliding glass door. I was told they would come out to my house To do Replace the wheels on May 14. Nobody ever came or called. So I called back, talked to Dominic. We set up another day for them to come To my home and replace the roller wheels, Which was yesterday. They completely flaked on me again. I called their office to see if they were coming to the house, they told me their guys were running 45 minutes behind and they would be there at 12 noon. The original time was agreed from 9 AM to 11 AM. They then told me that Their manager would call me back in five minutes And he never called back. I took off two days of work and missed out on pay for this. Very unprofessional and rude. Definitely don’t go with these guys. There’s other quality Companies in Albuquerque that actually get the job done.

The repair team came out to replace a window damaged by a roofing company-the technician I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained what would be happening To he replacement window was installed within minutes-all in all, a great job

Affordable Glass and Mirror did a wonderful job on my patio door. The technicians, Eddie and Jay, arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. Their work was clean, efficient, and the finished product looks great. The front office staff was very attentive and got me scheduled quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Affordable Glass and Mirror to anyone needing glass work done.

Well, they go the job done which was better than others I called. Office staff is horrible! Had to schedule a re-measure, but didn't show until I called to find out where they were all day. Our calls were always interrupted many times when on the phone. Said they were on their way then called and said, never mind it will be a few more hours. On-site technicians were polite, but left a mess of caulk on the carpet and wall!!! Find someone else, they are too busy and too sloppy all around to be trusted with something as expensive and important as windows in a house!

Extremely unprofessional experience. I only ordered one single pane shower glass to serve as a splash shield in a stand alone shower. The tech mismeasured and became argumentative when I brought to his attention that the glass is too short. It serves no purpose. What a waste of money. When I called the company the owner gave no regard and made a joke out of it. I will never call this company again. You get what you pay for. Poor service. Go somewhere else.

Made a custom glass tabletop. Great, fast work--they even made it right when the glass was cut too short the first time.

I am very happy with my quote and work done by Affordable Glass. Edwin and Juan came out to install a patio door track and rollers. They cleaned up after done. Very friendly and professional. Dominic was very professional and friendly when providing my estimate. Very happy and will be using them for replacing my window screen that got damaged with this weeks gusty winds.
