He was noting but professional, courteous, and attentive to making sure I was taken care of. The estimated amount for the windshield replacement was what was discussed, and I left their shop very content with what I paid for excellent service! Both the respect he has shown me and his transparent communication have earned a customer for life! At the physical location, my only complaint was that my car was ready to go right as "The Godfather" started on the TV in the waiting room (my all-time favorite movie). Mr. Darrold and his colleagues were fantastic and took care of my windshield in a very fast and efficient manner! Mr. Otis had told me about 2-3 hours for the replacement and it was smack dab in the middle at 2 and half hours. For any future glass work as it pertains to my vehicle, I’m choosing Best Price Auto Glass, and I hope that my review today can lead to more customers utilizing their excellent services as well.
