Tint World

I originally had a 3:30pm appointment at the Tint World - Spring location to get a quote and hopefully get my tint done the same day. After discussing the quote and waiting a couple of minutes, they told me my car would be done by 6pm. Then just a few minutes later, they came back and said they didn’t even have the tint that I needed. I had specifically mentioned that I work two jobs and have a very busy schedule, and that this was the only day I had available so I was definitely frustrated. I’m not sure why an appointment was set and a completion time was given if the material wasn’t available. They sent me to the Tint World - Conroe location, and although I was already stressed, the experience completely turned around once I got there. I explained everything to Robert — he listened to my frustration and immediately acted on it. He reassured me that he would take care of me and understood that I had driven out of my way. He made sure they had everything I needed, got my tint done in a timely manner, and made the entire process smooth and professional. Huge thank you to Robert for stepping up and making it right. I highly recommend coming to the Conroe location and will definitely be coming back to get my front windshield done!

Absolutely phenomenal service. They got me in an hour and a half before they close and finished my vehicle before they closed. Every person that dealt with from original contact to in person at the store, were so nice friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone in the Conroe area. Not to mention, this is the nicest tint shop that I have ever stepped foot into!

Tint work is solid, but don’t get audio done here. They didn’t route wiring correctly so now I have a ton of wind noise. They also drove screws into my floor and ruined a floor mat for the sub box instead of using 3M strips like they’re supposed to.

The customer service person was awesome she went above and beyond her duties and it was very much appreciated. And the technical service was excellent as well.👍

Popped in Conroe location to get estimate to replace scratched tint on 1 window. Store was able to get me in right then and about 20 minutes later, they were finished. Reasonably priced. Great job Tint World!
