Kaizen Collision Center - Gilbert

Pretty sure Jayden is the nicest guy I’ve ever met. Seems like a very good, and smart worker, while also having very good communication skills. Context: Someone hit my brand new car in a parking lot and drove off. Hit and run. No security cameras either. Great. Dropped the car off at Kaizen and they were very clear how long it could take, how they would fix it, but more importantly, that they would take care of my car. I really appreciated that. Came to pick it up, and they did a great job. I cant even tell what happened to it.

Kaizen was able to take my car in a matter of days. The work was completed one week early than estimated. My car looks fantastic! The staff provided several updates as to the status during the one week they had it. My insurance provided for a rental which was also handled through Kaizen. Enterprise picked me up as soon as they called them and I could drop the rental at Kaizen when I picked my car up.

Even though the job on my honda accord was done pretty good (it looks better than before the damage) and the lady answering the phones has impecable customer service, loosing one of my (driver side) floor mats (the pricey ones) is not what I expected. I know for sure that the ALL floor mats arrived to the colision center, as the tow truck driver used it to sit on it, on driver seat (due to bunch of broken glass from the busted windshield) when getting my car on the tow truck. Upon calling the colision center, I was told that they checked the photos of my car on arrival, they can't find it and need to get in touch with tow truck company. Really!!!!? NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: recieved the call from the shop stating that they found my floor mat. The manager offered an apology with an explanation . Good enough!! Appriciate it!

Phenomenal work done to the vehicle! Everyone was super professional and helpful with the process! Jayden helped me out really well! Definitely come here if you ever need any work done.

Never really updated me during the repair as I asked. Ignored my calls. Spent more time asking and treating me as if I was some gang member from the streets because I am from Chicag. Wrong body trim color put on car. Front clip, quarter panel, and front bumper doesn't fit correctly. Gave me back the vehicle without head lights working and connected and it wasn't buffed correctly so paint looked faded see pictures. I finally got them to fix all other issues after 4 months and let the bumper not fitting right go, so I could move on. I wouldn't use this service again and what's broken and not fixed I'm paying another garage to fix. It wasn't hard to do the job right the first time and my insurance set me up with them. Has me questing their motives. Did they make me satisfied after the fix? Sure, I can live with it. Father always said "do it right the first time you won't have to do the job again." Words to live by Kaizen. Your reputation depends on you and the services you provide, be mindful of that in the future and good luck.
