RealizinG that my front windshield was tearing up after only a few months on in. I quickly went back to see if "Tint WanGsters" could do somethinG for me considerinG that it wasn’t to long aGo. I was then told by the owner that "I caused the problem" and I was then told that they "WILL CHARGE ME" $250 for their carelessness…. He Even had the audacity to say that another customer said the same thinG…. So, basically you’re sayinG that we are not the only ones complaininG about this problem for your poor job that we have paid for. I’m completely appalled by this and I would stronGly suGGest those GoinG somewhere else for their unprofessionalism. No discount for there mistake whatsoever. I have brouGht my vehicles, my Girlfriend’s vehicles as well as recommended people to them for decades.. But, clearly they do not care for the money that someone spends. Maybe it’s time for them to hanG up the Gloves… I hope that they raise your rent and make you shut down… !!! Trust me when I say… Go SOMEWHERE ELSE… !!!!!!! Horrible experience and lack of professionalism…. Take it how you want… It’s your money lost… Never aGain… !!!

I've been going to Tint Master for about 26 years now. Everytime I purchase a new vehicle Tint Master is my goto place. It's well worth the 30 minute drive. Thank you!

4th vehicle I’ve had done here and they do an amazing job every time! Haven’t had any problems and still looks great to this day! Great workers and highest quality around. Would recommend them to anyone!

Did not honor my appointment even though I was on the schedule. They said they called me but I showed them my cell log and there was no call. I have brought 7 cars to them over a period of 11 years, along with recommending them to other friends and family. They know I come down from NH to them for the service, and explained again that drove 3 hours and my ride drove 1 hour. They messed up by taking in a similar car instead of mine. I feel that if you're business is at fault, you fix it. That means staying the extra hour if you need to. That's how repeat customers are won and word of mouth spreads, this is business 101. Obviously I come to them because they do a good job but I no longer feel they truly care about the customer so I am moving on. If I lived nearby it wouldn't have been such a big deal, I understand having no-shows on a busy day is tough but this was really unfortunate and a true waste of my time. If you make an appointment, call the day before and day of to remind them that you're definitely coming and the type of vehicle you are bringing. Do not rely on there "confirmation" call.

Every time I come here, I leave with a car that looks brand new and sleek. The owner did my last car by himself and it came out incredible. I didn’t mind waiting for it cuz it came out great!! I send all my people their way; great service, great work.

Truly disappointed... Quoted price for a simple job that was twice the amount other shops quoted. Lost a loyal repeat customer... going to get both of my new cars completed for the quoted price of one!!! Updated... I was just called out as a fake hater in response to this review over a year later. If the owner would like to have a discussion over this please feel free to respond again... I'll be happy to have a professional and respectful conversation.

One of the best good quality tint shops around. I wanted to get my windows tinted the same day so I went to the location in Berlin off the berlin turnpike and I was unable to get my windows tinted same day(they only do appointments) but as soon as I arrived(the location in Berlin) he referred me to this one(tint master in Hartford) and I was able to do same day. To sum it up, very friendly employees alongside good tints
