Do not go here! I came in for my back window repair. My appointment was for 2pm they called me and changed my appointment to 3:30. Which is already an inconvenience. When I arrived not only did it take several hours longer than a normal repair, but after I left and I rolled the window down and it falls down, clearly off track! I called back and they said they would handle it in the morning. Next morning they started calling me at 8:30 am I called back at 9 now all the repair men are gone and they can’t fix my window until they come back from working at a dealership. The reception staff is very rude. How are you mad at me because your shop did a horrible job on my window now no one is there to fix my glass. Heather was very unprofessional the older lady tried to help the solution is for me to wait all day for the repair men to come back from other jobs or set an appointment time which makes no sense because she can’t tell me when they will return from the other jobs.

Excellent service in replacing the huge windshield in our RV. I was somewhat hesitant due to lack of knowledge. The team cleared all those concerns. They were competent, efficient, and cleaned up when done. And they did all the work at our RV park. Would highly recommend.

After an overnight smash and grab ruined our plans for the day, came here to have the drivers side window replaced on our older truck. They were able to get us right in and had all the work done in under 2 hours and for far cheaper than quoted at another place. They even cleaned up the glass for us. Definitely go here!

My 2021 Lexus IS350 F sport windshield was so messed up! Second picture you can see a massive crack in my line of sight, and other long crack on the passenger side, and a rock chip. Spoke with Elizabeth on Monday March 11th at 1:39 pm with in two hours insurance approved the windshield approved and ordered. Tuesday around 3 pm repairs were done and ready for pick up. Picked the car up Wednesday morning, smooth transaction. Didn’t get to take a picture afterwards because I traded it in for a new car after picking the car up.

I have used Stacey and his team for almost a decade and he is a man of his word and values customer service. Elizabeth and Heather are a two woman army that make sure their customers are taken care of. Every interaction I’ve had and people I’ve referred to them has always been great. They repaired a chip on my vehicle, have replaced multiple windshields, fixed panel glasses, etc.

Busted back window Texas Auto Glass saved me a lot of money my insurance would have charged 3x more to replace my window. I am Soo glad I called around and instead gave my business to a local business. They were very nice, professional and fast had proper social distance and Covid awareness. Overall I am ecstatic that it was able to get done same day 830 appt done by 930! Thanks guys from the Tech to the Front Counter!
