Benny Trujillo & Rene Portillo should each earn a gift card . Both scheduled to be at my residence at 8am but , moved earlier. They arrived at 7am and worked hard to complete all my house windows (6.5 hours) . Very satisfied with both of them and very impressed how clean they worked . I would request for each one to anyone. Now : on the other hand, not happy with office billing department . By law " deposit " should be 10 percent of a contact , they asked for half ! Extremely - wasn’t happy with personal check given to technicians to give to office but, office sending me a balance payment owed ! Good thing I had proof of payment that I made and had technician sign as well . I finally called office and they sent me a zero balance payment email, Paid in full…..

While we were living in Mexico for three years our home in SJC was broken into. We made arrangements for American Window Film to install protective film on all of our windows. When we returned to our home (about two years later) we discovered that most of our windows had specks of debris between the glass and the film. It was a very bad install. We contacted the company about it but they were not willing to warranty their work since the 1 year warranty period had expired. This was a bad business move. And I would be very cautious about working with a company that would make a decision like this. They used a technicality to get out of doing the right thing.

My experience with American Window Film was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was professional, responsive and kind. Heath was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The office staff (Sophia, Lexi, and McKenna) answered my questions promptly—and there were many—and both installers, Sam and Oscar, did a stellar job. When my window cracked, I was impressed with how it was handled. The office kept me informed, and A Glasco, who replaced my window pane, clearly takes pride in doing the job right. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a company, so kudos to the entire team!

Sam and Eddie did such an amazing job adding frosted film to my front and back doors. They were fast, professional, and the final result looks perfect. Honestly couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Definitely recommend them!

I wanted to wait a few months before posting this review in order to give enough time for any imperfections to appear in the 3M Ultra Prestige residential window film that was installed. I am very surprised that absolutely no bubbles, peels or flakes have appeared since installation! Estimator Heath Gullifer was very professional, and the installers, who have MANY years of experience, did an excellent job! I highly recommended American Window Film!
