Matt is legit. I called up the shop the minute before close one day and the next morning Matt was able to squeeze me in. I brought him my dirty wasp infested farm truck with a high demand and Matt did full pinnacle tint all around including my challenging windshield which lacked regular clearance. He not only banged it out within a few hours but also did a killer install. Very informative and actually cares and knows what he uses unlike some places. Your car will be in good hands. He stands behind his work and only installed top of the line Llumar film which is why I went to him. Could not recommend him enough and I will be back. It was worth the 100 mile one way drive out to him. Thank you again Matt!

I have gotten a couple cars tinted here over the years (I always appreciate a long-term shop cor my car services). The operator is no non-sense and good at what he does. I find the product to be fairly priced and I always recommend this place if someone I know needs window tinting

I have been taking my cars and trucks to Matt for over 30 years. I would guess he has worked on 15-20 of my vehicles. All my friends and family take their vehicles to Matt at Rocky Mountain window-tint. He is the best in Northern California. His products are always the best and he always provides the best quality work. Definitely one of the last great companies still around.

Starting this off saying 12/10 recommend! Got my MYP & first ever EV a few weeks back—with the recent heat wave, I got my car tinted on Wednesday. Matt (owner) of Rocky Mountain Windowtint in Livermore did the best job I’ve ever seen. He took the time & recommended shades to match the factory color in the rear with seamless transitions from front to back. **Side note for Model 3’s: he does a single piece of film for the rear window—not like most that only do 1/2 the glass worth, leaving an apparent transition from roof glass to rear window** Because of the white interior, it appears lighter on the outside during the day, but definitely not on the inside. Obviously, it’s darker in the morning/night but still have complete visibility. The work was superb—you literally can’t tell where the tint begins/ends on the windows. He had it completed in about 2 hours and wiped down the body panels where any spray may have gone. He’s well worth the drive to Livermore if you’re outside the area—he’s always super busy, book appointments in advance. Pricing is NOT bad at all, incredibly fair for the work!

Great job. Ive been bringing my vehicles here for 25 years. Always exceptional work and lasts. My first car is sold after 20 years and the tint was in better shape than the car. Recommend this shop highly
