I am extremely particular about my vehicles, especially my Platinum Escalade, and I had high expectations regarding the condition of my windshield. Rather than offering excuses or shortcuts, Emily coordinated for technicians to come directly to my home and handle the job properly. The results exceeded my expectations. The windshield looks like new again, and the quality of workmanship speaks for itself. The pricing was fair for the level of service provided. It may not fit every budget, but it certainly delivered value for mine. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process clearly and thoroughly. Additionally, the tint visor installation was outstanding and added a noticeable improvement to the vehicle. From start to finish, this company delivered exactly what it promised. Quality work, professional staff, and excellent execution. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I am completely satisfied with the final result. The service was outstanding!! Although I didn't have an appointment, I was able to walk in and receive assistance right away. There were no issues, and I was very satisfied. We will definitely return for any future window tint needs!!!

the repair men switched out my hydraulic that holds up my hood. i checked it oil before i went it was holding up just fine now i cant even get it to hold up a little, i dont understand why they was even under my hood when they was jus replacing my windshield. i thought it was good service but turns out theyre taking what parts they think will go unnoticed probably to sell to others... one reason i wish i could fix everything myself without having to get help from a shop that helps themselves to other working parts. not good for a business just starting out. SO THE OWNER MUST HAVE WATCH THE VIDEO OF MY CAR BEING SERVICED OR HELPED WHATEVER SHE CALLED IT BECAUSE IF I GO BAK I GET "TRESPASSED" 🙄 SHE PROBABLY SEEN ON THE VIDEO WHERE HER WORKERS TRADED OUT PARTS OF MY CAR. WHY ELSE WOULD SHE BE SO HOSTILE. MOST BUSINESS PEOPLE WOULD KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND FIX WHAT WAS BROKEN BUT SHE WANTS TO GET ME FOR TRESPASSED?? PEOPLE TEND TO RESPOND IN A OFFENSE MANNER WHEN THEY KNOW THE OTHER IS RIGHT. SHE SHOULD OFFER "HELP" NOW INSTEAD OF THREATS.... AMATEUR BUSINESS... I STILL WANT TO SEE THE VIDEO AND IF THERE IS NO WRONG DOING POST IT WITH YOUR THREATS SHOWING ME IM WRONG FOR WRITING A BAD REVIEW
