Amazing experience with this shop from beginning to end. The customer service was excellent and everyone was professional friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. From getting a quote over the phone to booking the appointment everything was smooth and easy and communication was great the whole time. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted right away and the staff was very informative accommodating and made the process stress free. I chose to have my windshield replaced along with window tint and I am extremely happy with both services. The windshield installation was done perfectly and the tint came out flawless with clean edges and no bubbles. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and would absolutely come back again as well as recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again for the amazing service.

A metal object came flying at the drivers side of my windshield during a commute on the 60E, which resulted in a Susan B. Anthony dollar coin-sized crack in the shape of a star. I found Superior Auto Glass on Yelp with a verified license and high (volume + star) ratings. Receiving an estimate and setting up an appointment was simple with a phone call and texting pictures of the crack. Norberto and Lillian were very professional and helpful when I arrived. I felt safe as a woman in an auto establishment (transparent pricing, non-patronizing), if that matters for you too ☺️ The repair was completed in a timely manner of 45-60 minutes. My windshield now has a tiny speck in place of the crack; the repair includes lifetime warranty in case the crack may spread again. I am very satisfied with my experience and am returning for 3M ceramic window tinting as well.
