Shawn with Ground Level Customs will be the only place I go moving forward. He was super helpful and responsive. He guided me to the best decision for my nephew’s birthday gift. He kept me posted and worked with me on appointment time. He gave a master class in customer service and actual service. This is how business should be conducted by all. It was a blessing that I found him for the service and my nephew will be super happy with the results.

Had my radio installed here and the whole experience was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We also talked about upgrading my car with new 360 cameras and now I’m excited to come back and get that done too. I had a great experience with Ground Level Customs! Shawn was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain the dashcam system that was installed in my car, making sure I understood how everything worked before I left. I also accidentally mixed up my appointment—I thought I had scheduled it for Saturday, but it was actually booked for Friday. Since I work Monday through Friday, that was completely my mistake. Shawn was very understanding and had no problem accommodating my schedule by rescheduling me for Saturday. The installation was clean and professionally done, and the customer service was outstanding. I took my '02 Durango to Shawn for what I thought was possibly an amplifier problem. I figured the fix would be a new radio. I was prepared to get a new infotainment system. I was also prepared to get absolutely screwed over. What actually happened was: Shawn found the best unit in my price range. This old Durangos dash would need to be cut to fit it. I was a little concerned about that prospect, as it is a dodge. Dodge dash is a real thing. Not only did Shawn find, source and pick up the adapter needed, he managed to cut the dash and install the unit perfectly. He set me up with new speakers all around and the install is... Chef's damn kiss. Bottom line: Excellent experience, top notch install, and a business I'll continue to give money to. I'll be back when I need some bass and tinting! Thanks dude!

Came here because the reviews were great, and my expectations were MORE than met. Shawn is absolutely amazing at what he does. He was very honest about what he felt my car needed and what it didn’t need. Very humble and honest, which is something you don’t find a lot now of days because everyone is so focused on the money. But not Shawn! On top of the honesty and kindness, my car is AWESOME now! He installed the screen and the tint and it’s the coolest ever! He deserves to be known by the public! Great service, hooked up my 2025 Mercedes C300 and offered a phenomenal price. Also provided me with knowledge for future audio plans I had & was very respectful. Frequently checked in with me to update me on findings. Would definitely highly recommend.
