Richard came by my place bright and early 8am today. He called me to let me know he was outside and then he was courteous when I greeted him. He was very professional and told me the job would take about a half hour. That sounded great to me. I went inside to get ready for work and in less than a half hour he called me to tell me he was finished. I was very happy to get this finished. I thought my day would revolve around my car window to being repaired, but I actually barely noticed it being done.

If only healthcare was as easy as getting your windshield replaced

This is not about how good or bad their work is. Put my info in on website for quote. Was called quickly, girl was nice, said if I bring car in cost is $56 for up to 3 small chips, she wanted to set an appt, we set time, she didn't know the shop near me, told her the address from their website. She said I'm in Tempe, ok, whatever. Then she asked for a deposit. When I said no reason for that, she said I don't understand a windshield is $100's of dollars. I said you just told me $56 for 3 chips, she said no appt unless I give a deposit. I simply said, ok, thanks, no appt then I'll go elsewhere. Good job getting a new client. I actually feel bad for her since it's probably what she's told to. How many negative referrals is worth this?

Remove old tinted film from my car back window $80.00 Apply new film $100.00 It seems a bit expensive.
